If you know me, you know how much I love to eat. Food is an integral part of almost everything I do. This is one of the reasons my fiance (now husband – ah!!!) and I picked Greece as our honeymoon destination. Throughout the wedding planning process, my wedding freak outs, and dieting to fit into the dress,  the thought of myself sitting on a Grecian beach with the Mediterranean breezes blowing through my hair, eating fresh bread, juicy olives, and grilled lean meat kept me sane! I knew I was in for some good food, as long as I could just get through the wedding. However, when we arrived in Greece, the food turned out to be even better than the pictures my imagination could conjure up.

Whether it was the fact that we were in such a beautiful country, or the fact that I had just made it through one of the most stressful events in my life (the wedding) OR the fact that the food really is just that good, by the end of the trip I concluded that the Greek’s knew how to do food right, that they had some hidden secret for making everything taste so good.
